Active Hope: The Work that Reconnects

Led by Jane Hope, this course offers a Quaker perspective on Joanna Macy’s The Work that Reconnects, a powerful framework for facing the crises of our time. The process follows four stages: Gratitude, Honouring Pain, Seeing with New/Ancient Eyes, and Going Forth. Participants will engage in nature connection, deep reflection, group sharing, singing, and communal meals.
The course explores how Quaker practices can draw on this approach to foster resilience and collective action.
