Yearly Meetings: Recent Gatherings & Records
Friends across Australia gather for Yearly Meeting in different formats throughout the year. This page brings together links to the webpages for recent Yearly Meetings — both our January online Yearly Meetings & AGMs and our July in-person Yearly Meetings.

This year
In 2026, our Yearly Meeting gatherings include:
- January 2026 — online Yearly Meeting & AGM
- August 2026 — online Yearly Meeting, Saturday 1 to Sunday 2 August, with some preparatory sessions in advance.
- Sat 29 August 2026 — Special National Meeting online - please email coordinator@quakersaustralia.info for the Zoom link.
upcoming changes
From 2027 onward, our in-person (hybrid) Yearly Meeting will move to January.
- January 2027 — Saturday 9 - Saturday 16 January, in Melbourne, at University College, 40 College Crescent, Parkville VIC 3052.

Held online in January 2026, this gathering brought together Friends from every Regional Meeting across Australia. Documents, reports, and the timetable were available at the link below.
Yearly Meeting & AGM 2025
The 2025 Yearly Meeting was conducted entirely online in January 2025. Friends met virtually for worship, discernment, and community reports.
Yearly Meeting & AGM 2024
Yearly Meeting 2024 was held online, marking the first time we'd done an all-Zoom January gathering.
