Winter Landcare & Gardening Week at the Quaker Centre, Silver Wattle NSW

 
Friday 19 – Thursday 25 July, Winter Landcare & Gardening Week
 
You are invited to join the group at Silver Wattle for the Winter Landcare & Gardening week. No skills are required, you can work with others or at your own pace.  On the property you could assist in clearing a walking trail along the creek or in the orchard assist with pruning fruit trees. A friend who enjoys cooking would be especially welcome to help prepare meals with the beautiful garden produce. The weather is usually sunny with cold frosty nights, and each morning we light an open fire in the dining room. The rhythm of the day will include worship, work, rest and fellowship. Gardening and Landcare weeks are free but a donation to cover costs is appreciated.
