This one-year program starts with an initial one-week residential retreat followed by monthly Zoom sessions and weekly offline reading & video materials. There will also be opportunities for individual spiritual direction through the year, and focusing queries for optional online chat discussions. Zoom sessions will include live presentations and opportunities to explore what has been experienced over the month’s preparation. The topics follow inward and outward movements of the spirit concluding with an exploration of your own calling to contemplative action.
